How to register

Registration is easy for our Teen Summer Immersion Program.

1. Fill in the registration form.

2. Send it with a 200 € booking deposit to Academia Hispanica.

3. Attach a copy of the receipt indicating clearly your name and the program dates. The rest of the fees are due 20 days prior to the course starting date.

4. The rest of the payment must be made 4 weeks before the program starts.

5. Once payment has been received, Academia Hispanica will send you all the relevant information about the program.

All bank charges are payable by the student.

Accommodation payments by credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

 

Cancellations

If the program is cancelled more than 20 days before the start date, the school will refund all fees except for the deposit.

If the program is cancelled less than 20 days before the start date, the student will have to pay the equivalent of one week’s accommodation and tuition as administration charges.

Once the program has started the student will not be entitled to any refund for program fees but the school will reimburse the outstanding amount of accommodation fees that has not been used less the equivalent of 1 week accommodation fee.

If a cancellation occurs because of a visa refusal, a registration fee of 50€ will be charged.
