". This is a high level of linguistic competence
which many language professionals achieve, and
is often not achieved by many native speakers.

operational command ". This level represents
an advanced level of linguistic competence suitable
to deal with more complex tasks at work and
in academic contexts. (This level is generally

level in their own language).
